Here is a recipe for butter chicken meatballs:

Ingredients:

1 pound ground chicken
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon garam masala
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 inch ginger, finely grated
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup tomato paste
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, bread crumbs, egg, cilantro, garam masala, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger and cook until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes, heavy cream, Greek yogurt, and tomato paste to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  4. Add the meatballs to the skillet and stir gently to coat them in the sauce.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
