Here is a recipe for mutton akbari:

Ingredients:

1 pound mutton, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
Salt, to taste
4 cups water
1 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions:Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the onion and cook until it is golden brown, about 5 minutes.
Add the ginger garlic paste and cook for another minute.
Add the cumin seeds, coriander seeds, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt to the pan. Mix well.
Add the mutton to the pan and mix until it is well coated with the spices.
Add the water to the pan and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 1 hour, until the mutton is tender.
Stir in the coconut milk and cook for another 5 minutes.
Garnish the mutton akbari with cilantro and serve hot with rice or roti. Enjoy!
