Ingredients:
500 grams boneless chicken, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup besan (gram flour)
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
Salt, to taste

Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, besan, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
- Add the chicken cubes and mix until the chicken is well coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Heat oil in a large tawa (griddle) over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken cubes to the tawa and spread them out evenly.
- Cook the chicken for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until it is cooked through and golden brown on all sides.
