Chicken Tawa Boti Recipe



Here is a recipe for chicken tawa boti:

Ingredients:


500 grams boneless chicken, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup besan (gram flour)
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
Salt, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, besan, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  2. Add the chicken cubes and mix until the chicken is well coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  3. Heat oil in a large tawa (griddle) over medium heat.
  4. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken cubes to the tawa and spread them out evenly.
  5. Cook the chicken for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until it is cooked through and golden brown on all sides.
  6. Serve the chicken tawa boti hot with your choice of side dish. Enjoy!
