Ingredients:
- 4 lamb shanks
- 2 medium sized onions, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 inch ginger, grated
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp cardamom pods
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2-3 cloves
- 4 tbsp oil or ghee
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Ek pan me oil ya ghee garam karein aur lamb shanks ko golden brown hone tak fry karein. Shanks ko pan se nikal kar side me rakh dein.
- Ek aur pan me chopped onions, minced garlic aur grated ginger dalein aur light golden hone tak fry karein.
- Ab turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, cardamom pods, cinnamon stick aur cloves dalein aur 2-3 minutes tak fry karein.
- Fried lamb shanks ko masala ke saath mix karein aur 5-7 minutes tak dhak kar cook karein.
- Ek cup pani dalein aur dish ko halki anch par pakne dein takay lamb shanks fully tender ho jayein.
- Dish ko serve karein aur fresh coriander leaves se garnish karein.
