Cheese Burger Soup Recipes

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
1 cup water
2 cups diced potatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced dill pickles
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, diced onions, sliced pickles, and crumbled bacon

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it is browned. Add the onion and garlic and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the onion is translucent.
  2. Add the chicken broth, milk, water, potatoes, cheddar cheese, dill pickles, flour, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the pot and stir to combine.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
