Badam Gosht Korma recipe

Badam Gosht Korma ek traditional Pakistani aur Indian dish hai jo mutton aur almonds ke saath banaya jata hai. Is dish mein badam ka use karne se gosht ka taste aur texture change hota hai aur is dish ko bahut hi delicious aur creamy banata hai.

Badam Gosht Korma recipe

Ingredients:

500g mutton, cubed
1 cup chopped almonds
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
1 cup yogurt
1 cup water
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions:

  1. Sabse pehle, ek pan mein oil heat karein aur onions ko golden brown hone tak fry karein. Ab garlic aur ginger paste daalein aur 1 minute tak fry karein.
  2. Ab red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder aur salt daalein aur 2 minutes tak fry karein.
  3. Ab mutton cubes daalein aur well mix karein. Ab yogurt daalein aur well mix karein. Ab 1 cup pani daalein aur well mix karein.
  4. Ab pan ko dhak dein aur low heat par 30 minutes tak pakayein.
  5. Ab badam ko ek blender mein grind karein aur mutton mixture mein daalein. Ab 2 minutes tak cook karein.
  6. Ab Badam Gosht Korma taiyar hai. Aap isko serve karein with rice or naan. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
