2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp yogurt
1 egg
Oil for frying

Instructions:
- Sabse pehle, ek bowl mein chicken, mashed potatoes, coriander leaves, mint leaves, chopped onion, garlic, ginger paste, red chili powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, oil, yogurt aur egg daalein. Sabko well mix karein.
- Ab mixture ko shape dein aur skewers par rakhein.
- Ab ek pan mein oil heat karein aur kebabs ko golden brown hone tak fry karein.
