Rose & Litchi Ganache Butter Cookies ek fusion dish hai jo butter cookies aur rose & litchi ka mixture hai. Is dish mein rose aur litchi ka use karne se cookies ka taste aur flavor change hota hai aur is dish ko bahut hi delicious banata hai.
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped litchi
2 tbsp rose syrup
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
Edible rose petals for garnishing
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature

2 tbsp rose syrup
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions:
- Sabse pehle, oven ko preheat karein 180°C par. parchment paper ke sath backing sheet line karen.
- Flour, baking powder, aur baking soda ko mix karein.
- Butter aur sugar ko ek mixer mein beat karein until light aur fluffy. Ab egg aur vanilla extract daalein aur well mix karein.
- Flour mixture daalein aur well mix karein. Ab litchi aur rose syrup daalein aur well mix karein.
- Is mixture se 12 round shaped cookies banayein aur baking sheet par arrange karein. Ab 15 minutes tak bake karein.
- Ab ek saucepan mein chocolate chips aur heavy cream daalein aur heat karein until chocolate melted.
- Ab cookies ko ganache se cover karein aur edible rose petals se garnish karein.
