Bharwan Tandoori Aloo Recipe

Ingredients:

4 medium-sized potatoes
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
2 tbsp lemon juice
Tandoori masala for dusting

Instructions:

  1. Sabse pehle, aloo ko boil karein aur peelein. Ab aloo ke center se slice karein aur stuffing ke liye alag rakh dein.
  2. Ek pan mein oil daalein aur cumin seeds daalein. Ab coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder aur salt daalein aur well mix karein.
  3. Ab is masala ke mixture ko aloo ke center mein daal dein.
  4. Aloo ko tandoori masala se dust karein aur oven mein bake karein 180°C par 15-20 minutes tak.
  5. Ab aloo ko serving dish mein arrange karein aur chopped coriander leaves aur lemon juice se garnish karein.
