Keema Chana Dal Pulao Recipe

Keema chana dal pulao ek popular biryani dish hai jo keema aur chana dal ki khoobsoorat combination ke saath banaya jata hai. Ye pulao bahut hi swadisht aur filling hota hai. Ye dish dinner ke liye perfect hai aur ise aap guests ke saath bhi serve kar sakte hain.

Keema Chana Dal Pulao Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup chana dal (split chickpeas)
1/2 cup keema (minced meat)
2 cups basmati rice
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
2 green chili, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 cups water
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp ghee
2 bay leaves
2 cinnamon sticks
4 cloves
4 cardamom pods
2 cups mixed vegetables (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Sabse pehle, chana dal ko 2 cups of water mein boil karne ke liye rakhein. Jab dal soft ho jaye to use alag kar lein.
  2. Ab ek pan mein oil aur ghee daal kar heat karein. Usme bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, cloves, cardamom pods, chopped onion, garlic, ginger paste, green chili, tomato, red chili powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, mixed vegetables (agar use kar rahe hain) aur keema daalein. Sabko well mix karein aur 5-7 minutes tak cook karein.
  3. Ab chana dal, 2 cups water, salt aur rice daalein. Sabko well mix karein aur rice soft ho jaye to flame low kar dein.
  4. Ab ek tight lid vali cooker mein pulao ko 15-20 minutes ke liye cook karein.
  5. Ab pulao taiyar hai. Aap usko serve karein.
