Gajar Paratha recipe

Gajar ka paratha ek popular North Indian dish hai jise breakfast ke liye khaaya jata hai. Ye paratha gajar (carrot) ki sukhi sabji se banaya jata hai, jo ki bahut hi nutritious hai. Ye paratha khane mein bahut hi crispy aur swadisht hota hai. Iske saath mein aap usko dahi ya achar ke saath serve kar sakte hain.

Gajar Paratha recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups atta (whole wheat flour)
1 cup finely grated gajar (carrot)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chili powder (optional)
Water as needed
Oil for cooking

Instructions:

  1. Sabse pehle, ek bowl mein atta, grated gajar, salt, aur red chili powder (agar use kar rahe hain) ko mix karein.
  2. Ab aadhe cup pani ko ek ek karke add karein aur dough banaye. Dough ko 15-20 minutes ke liye rest karein.
  3. Ab dough ko small balls bana lein.
  4. Ab ek rolling pin aur rolling board ki madad se dough balls ko roll karein.
  5. Ab ek tawa ko medium flame par heat karein aur parathas ko oil ke saath cook karein. Dono sides par golden brown hone tak cook karein.
  6. Ab gajar paratha taiyar hai. Aap usko dahi ya achar ke saath serve kar sakte hain.
