Ingredients:

2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 large tortillas or wraps of your choice
Lettuce or spinach leaves, for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, parsley, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well combined.
  2. Lay out the tortillas or wraps on a flat surface. Place a handful of lettuce or spinach leaves in the center of each tortilla.
  3. Spoon the chicken salad onto the lettuce, dividing it evenly among the tortillas.
